Our services
Overnight newborn care
Working with a newborn care specialist can include a couple nights a week of respite care so you can get a good night's rest when you need it most, regular care a few days a week to help you and baby sleep better while implementing the advice of the care specialist on their off nights, or full-time care 5 to 7 nights a week so the newborn care specialist can establish a solid night routine including healthy independent sleeping habits that will help your infant sleep through the night sooner while you retain a more normal sleeping schedule. Whatever you choose, the constant is that you can rely our our expertise to keep your baby safe and sleeping well so you can relax. The best time to establish independent sleep habits is from the start.

A unique service we have is instant book respite care for when you need a break, dependent on availability. For regularly scheduled care please reach out to discuss your needs so we can develop a plan that works for you. Overnight care can be booked in shifts of 8 hours, 10 hours, or 12 hours.
Postpartum support
In the days after childbirth it's not an exaggeration to say your family's world turns upside down. You may need help with the new baby and a few pointers, someone to make and bring you food in bed while you recover from a C-section or traumatic birth, someone to make sure the house doesn't fall apart and help create organizational systems for all the things baby needs. Whatever your need at this time, a postpartum doula is here to fill in the gaps and take care of you while you learn to take care of your new baby.

Postpartum care can be booked in 4 or 6 hours shifts during the day.
Sibbling care
Everyone is excited and overwhelmed with your new arrival, but what about the older siblings? As we try to include them as much as possible, it's easy for them to feel left out. Make this time special for them with a caregiver devoted to their needs so you can focus on your baby guilt free.
